Coaches Evaluation Forms and Volunter Application (Coach and Executive) forms are now available under forms on the Main Menu.
A new menu option has been added. You can now view all available OMHA and OWHA Coaches, Trainers, and Speak Out Clinics. Please note, Speak Out certification is required for anyone volunteering to help with a team (i.e. den mom's) regardless if you go behind the bench.

Registration
Online registration for lakeshore Lightning is now open! It is CRITICAL that your registration be completed as soon as possible. We will be forced to cap all divisions this year due to our limited ice and ever growing program and even though you are a returning player, it will be on a first registered basis for all spots available. Please note that your registration is only considered complete once your application and post dated cheques have been received by the registrar. All the details are listed on the registration page final notes. Please do this as soon as possible to guarantee a spot for your daughter.
